Snooze also offers the "Benny Duo" which allows you to order half of your two favorite benedict plates. Each Egg's Benedict plate comes with hash browns and a unique twist on a classic favorite. Is it a savory dish that your taste buds desire? I would suggest an option on the "Art of Hollandaise" section of the menu. There isn't a "wrong" choice on the pancake menu. I recently tried the Blueberry Danish Pancakes topped with blueberry coulis, sweet cream and almond streusel surrounding a center of lemony cream cheese filling and I was immensely satisfied. Buttermilk pancakes with caramelized pineapple chunks, vanilla cream, and cinnamon butter. If your sweet tooth is demanding to be satisfied, I recommend the Pineapple Upside-down pancake cakes. A grilled, yes, grilled grapefruit with a thin sugar crust, greek yogurt drizzled with agave nectar and granola, and your choice of toast will get your morning off to a bright start. If you want something simple, you can't go wrong with the continental breakfast. Are you feeling savory or sweet? The best option is to dine with a group that is willing to share so that you get to enjoy a variety. I promise if you order your first, you will order a second. Hesitant about drinking fish sauce? Don't be it adds just the right amount of saltiness to make your taste buds dance for joy. My favorite is called the Bangkok Bloody Mary with MEll Vodka, Sriracha, Lime, Cilantro, Basil, Fish Sauce & House Bloody Mix. If I am enjoying brunch with my gal pals, the Bloody Mary is my go-to. Not actually served in a mug but in a tall, slender glass, the spicy chai is an early morning attitude adjustment. On those mornings I need a warm hug in a mug, I order the Bhakti spicy chai tea latte. Are you brunching with friends or with the whole family? Is this a drag yourself out of bed to take your children to brunch morning or is it a relaxed morning with girlfriends? I am not a coffee drinker, but caffeine is my friend. With so many choices at your fingertips, you have to go with your gut and then promise yourself you will come back again to try whatever items you missed out on the first time.įirst order of business: Beverages. Another option is to peruse the menu and decide what you might want to try. You can challenge your brunch mates to a game of Corn Hole or sit down and do some coloring with your kids. When you arrive, you are welcome to help yourself to a complimentary cup of coffee. However, the wait in no way diminishes the experience. Weekend wait times can be a little longer as reservations are not accepted. The bright colors and fun decor make Snooze Am Eatery a great place to start your day. And although I always make restaurant recommendations based on the food, the overall dining experience must be up to par as well which it most certainly is at Snooze. The people in this establishment are very judgmental & The job itself is good but just be careful what you’re getting yourself into because the employees/management will ruin your experience. As a regular, I can tell you that there is not one thing on the Snooze menu that I would not recommend. I hate to have to say this as well but while being a person of color every other person of color who has worked here in my time has been treated differently(only have sections in the back of the store, never rotated around the store, behavioral acts ,etc.) there has mutiple occasions where they end up painting them as lazy, crazy or anything else they can come up with(known from experience). Hours are dependent on if they like you or not, don’t let the smiles on their face fool you because they act like they’re cool in the beginning and then later when you’re not doing for them they bad talk you. They have friend groups that don’t like the other employees, the manager also goes along with them and talks about employees behind their back as well. So after working here (Snooze Town & Country Houston) for a year and being blind to all things going on for a while, I’ve came to realize that the people working in this establishment are the problem.
